Amira - 3D Character

Amira is a 3D character, a circus performer. Her roots are in Tanzania, as I was inspired to represent an albino character in an attempt to address the stigma associated with albino people.

The posed character turnaround displays Amira with textures and in wire-frame to showcase the geometry of the model.

Amira's backstory includes her being taken in by a circus manager and used as part of the circus exhibit. Hence her face is painted with two stripes, representing tears.

I modelled, textured, rigged and animated her. She was part of a college project.

Programs used:

Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Mudbox, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Mental Ray renderer
